We work with public sector bodies (local authorities, NHS, MOD etc) and commercial organisations who have a requirement to lease properties at volume across the country.

Our customers will become your tenant, and then sub-let your property to their tenants and employees. Rents are usually set at a discount to market rent, but in return you will receive guaranteed rent for periods of 1 - 10 years. This also means our customer will become your institutional tenant, and will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing condition of your property (internal repairing) and tenancy management. Giving you a hands-off investment.

With BTL mortgage rates on the rise, and ever decreasing tax benefits to the BTL landlord, many landlords are exiting the market and looking to sell their properties (there was a net loss of 35,000 PRS lettings in the market last year).
